The house has modern appliances such as a microwave, washing machine, Smart TV, and AC in bedrooms. Electricity is included in your rental rate up to 45 kWh per day

House Rules
This property includes air conditioning in all three bedrooms and a private pool with a continuously running pump. To keep your stay comfortable while managing shared costs fairly, electricity is included in your rental rate up to 45 kWh per day Usage is tracked via the property's electric meter. Any consumption exceeding the included allowance will be billed at $0.40 USD per kWh, calculated from the meter reading at check-in and check-out. Overage charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the guest prior to being charged and deducted from the security deposit. To help stay within the included allowance, we recommend: Running A/C units overnight rather than continuously throughout the day Turning off A/C and lights in unoccupied rooms Closing doors/windows when A/C is running
